We will agree to reduce the amount of introduced grass species
to below 10% in the mix on seeds per square foot basis, and
increase the native species accordingly. However, at the time
of final reclamation we will once again raise the question of
seed mixture with the appropriate authorities for reconsidera-
tion and amendment since the SCS Agronomist in Gunnison made
quite a point about his experiences in the area that provided
the basis for his recommendations set forth in Exhibit D.
This letter has been reviewed by telephone with the operator
and is to become a part of his application. As in the past a
signed copy will be forwarded to you by the operator.
