I will answer your concerns in <br />the order they were presented in the Adequacy Letter. <br />General Reauiremerris: <br />r4° ~~,~~ ®~,~.) Failure to name the appliprtt on the maps was an oversight on our part and is <br />presently being rectified. The properly titled maps will be submitted on or before May <br />15, 1899. <br />~Nse as Z 2.) A space in the title block will be created for the preparers signature and the revised <br />maps will be signed. <br />Exhibit C -Pre Minino and Mining Plan Mao of Affected Land: <br />Q ~ 1.) The poweritelaphone line exists on the north side of Hwy. 194. The mine plan is <br />being revised to show a 200-ft setback, corrtaining no mining disturbance, beginning <br />at the south side of the State Hwy.194 right-0f-way. This action will negate any <br />concerns n3garding ownership of the power lines or any other utilities that may be <br />located wdhin the highway right-0f-way. This change will be shown on the revised <br />maps to be submitted on or before May 15, 1999. <br />2.) All surface ownership of the proposed permit area and adjacent properties wittrin 200 <br />ft. of the proposed affected land of this application are shown on Figure C and <br />described in Table C, both of which are in affect, a part of Exhibit C_ <br />poe5 aN~ ~ - a.)
