I will answer your concerns in <br />the order they were presented in the Adequacy Letter. <br />General Reouirements: <br />1.) Failure to name the applicant on the maps was an oversight on our part and is <br />presently being rectified. The properly titled maps will be submitted on or before May <br />15, 1999. <br />2.) A space in the title block will be created for the preparer's signature and the revised <br />maps will be signed. <br />Exhibit C -Pre Mining and Minino Plan Mao of Affected Land: <br />1.) The power/telephone line exists on the north side of Hwy. 194. The mine plan is <br />being revised to show a 200-ft. setback, containing no mining disturbance, beginning <br />at the south side of the State Hwy.194 right-of-way. This action will negate any J , <br />concerns regarding ownership of the power lines or any other utilities that maybe 1~1, <br />located within the highway right~of-way. This ch na ge will tie shown on the revises I n~^' <br />Lmaps to be submitted on or before Nfay 15, 1999. S ~ "f- <br />2.) All surface ownership of the proposed permit area and adjacent properties within 200 <br />ft. of the proposed affected land of this application are shown on Figure C and <br />described in Table C, both of which are in effect, a part of Exhibit C. <br />a.) The "divider box" and the in•igation ditch leading to the box, is owned and <br />maintained by the applicant, both of which are located within the permit <br />
