The <br />first phase will begin in the southeasterly part <br />i <br />of the property end progress westward, then northerly <br />~' as shown on the Mining Plan Map. Phase II will <br />occur between the AT&T cable and the Wyco pipeline. <br />~' The area between Larimer County Road 5 and the <br />~~' Wyco pipeline will be mined at a future date, <br />i <br />either under an amendment to this permit or a <br />~,~ separate permit. <br />The AT&T cable and Wyco pipeline will be <br />~ field located to assure their protection.
