This permit <br />will supply the existing demand of the Chambers site. The pit is wet, therefore dust will be <br />mitigated. All tanks will have secondary containment under the SPCC Plan and discharges are <br />carefully regulated under the CDPHE discharge permit. The final landscape will consist of <br />lakes, wetlands, dry rangeland azeas, and cottonwood riparian azeas, which will have an <br />excellent appeazance from the I-70 corridor, Highway 6 and 24, and will be an asset for <br />wildlife. <br />11/7/2005 Page D-S <br />
