Don Kehn • <br />Fort Collins, Colorado 80525 <br />(3031226-4111 <br />Exhibit E, Reclamation Plan: <br /> <br />CONTRACTORS <br />Due to the anticipated areas needed for stockpile and equipment set, <br />reclamation work will commence when mining is complete. <br />Self propelled scrapers, dozers and blades will be utilized in the <br />grading process of the affected area. A twenty five foo[ setback <br />from the adjoining property to the South and West will be created. <br />A 3:1 slope will be created to the existing pit floor, involving <br />approx. 90 lineal feet as the bank is approx. 30 feet high. The pit <br />bottom will have a 27 slope for natural drainage to the North. <br />After these elevations are established the tcpsoil stripped prior to <br />mining activities will be moved from the stockpile and spread over the <br />site to a minumum depth of 6". <br />Seeding and fertilizing operations, utilizing the Soils Conservation <br />Service recommendations will be completed at this time. <br />Recommendations by the Colorado Dept. of Wildlife will also be <br />adhered to, <br />Asphalt Paving • Crushed Aggregates • Eanhmoving • Trucking • Underground Utilities • HydroCrane Services <br />
