Don Kehn ~
Construction Inc.
6322 So. College
Fort Collins, Colorado 80525
13031226-4111
Exhibit B - Mining Plan:

CONTRACTORS
1). Level to drain northeast triangular portion of site to match
grade of adjacent areas of pit. Stockpile this sand and gravel at base
of existing slopes for future gravel screening purposes. This leveled
area to be area for stockpiled materials. This work to be done by
Caterpiller 627B self propelled scrapers.
2). Upon completion of Item 1, install fence on east, north and west
sides to enclose the leased area from other parties.
3). Utilizing caterpillar 627B scrapers strip the top 12" of topsoil of
the area on top of slope. Store this material for future reclamation
procedures in the leveled area as explained in Item 1. We feel that
stripping 12" minimum will be sufficient for future replacement as
nearly one-half of the affected area has been excavated by others
without any topsoil being replaced or stored onsite.
4). Screening operations to begin for various contracts as needed.
5). Slopes to be dozed at least 2:1 as mining progresses to minimize a
public health hazzard. Mining to be started from North to South,
and east to west.
Seeding to be completed when area has been depleted of gravel. See
requirements we acknowledge per Soils Conservation Service letter
attached.
Asphah Paving • Crushed Aggregates • Eanhmoving • Trucking • Underground Utilities • HytlroCrane Services
