Lone Cabin: 25$ if diverted above Lone Cabin <br />Reservoir or from Beaver Reservoir; 30$ if diverted below <br />Lone Cabin Reservoir <br />The above percentages shall apply to Applicant's headgate <br />entitlement. No such charge shall be imposed with respect to <br />any water rights encompassed within this plan that are <br />carried by contract or other agreement. <br />27. Those of Applicant's water rights involved in this <br />plan that are carried in the Turner Ditch and the Lone Cabin <br />Ditch have historically been applied to lands outside of the <br />Minnesota Creek Basin. Return flows from these rights were <br />available to water users on German Creek and Reynolds Creek. <br />To protect appropriators on those streams, Applicant will <br />continue to deliver to those drainages an amount of water <br />representing the return flows to German and Reynolds Creeks. <br />An amount equal to twenty percent of Applicant's historical <br />headgate diversions under the Turner Ditch shall remain in <br />that ditch when this augmentation plan is in operation and <br />Applicant's Turner Ditch shares are used for augmentation. <br />An amount equal to twenty percent of Applicant's historical <br />headgate diversions under the Lone Cabin Ditch shall remain <br />in that ditch under the plan when Applicant's Lone Cabin <br />Ditch shares are being used for augmentation. This water <br />shall be in addition to the waters dedicated to the ditches <br />to compensate for any increased burden of carriage losses <br />occasioned by implementation of the plan for augmentation, ae <br />set forth in paragraph 26. <br />-26- <br />
