Reclamation costs in Exhibit L do include the redistribution of the <br />topsoil stockpile. <br />6. Your assumption is correct that mining is not expected to extend to <br />the depth of the unweathered material. <br />9. We mentioned that a berm could be used for sediment control. However <br />that is not the intent. As stated, the soils condition is such that <br />we do not believe a berm is necessary. <br />10. No ponds are required for the asphalt plant. Any spills or leakage <br />will be immediately cleanedup to prevent possible contamination of <br />soils. <br />Exhibit E <br />6. Topsoil will be tested for each reclamation phase. <br />B.
