Since I have been able to complete this <br />review as early as this, I will resclTedule this application for the April <br />27-28, 1983 Board meetiny. Please try to respond to tlTis letter at your <br />earliest convenience, however. In this way, we will not have a problem <br />of unanswered questions riyht before the Board meetiny, due to the <br />somewhat compressed nature of the review period. <br />As usual, my comments are oryanized on an exhibit-by-exhibit basis, and <br />any exhibits or parts thereof not mentioned are considered adequate now. <br />Extlibit A <br />The legal description of the permit area should be broken down to the <br />individual quarter quarter sections affected. <br />Exhibit C <br />1. There is no consistent permit area boundary from the pre-mininy to <br />the mininy plan to the recla~nation plan map. Tire application is for <br />8U acres of disturbed land. The maps were obviously all drawn <br />Griyinally with a laryer area in mind which was then cut back. All <br />of the maps stTOUld have the same 8U-acre per~nit area clearly outlined. <br />2. Tile haul road appears to exit to Blark Forest Ito ad. Ilowever, it <br />appears that a 650' lenyth of ttTe haul road lies outside of what <br />appears to he the permit area.
