Applicant's request for amendment of the plan for <br />augmentation approved in Case No. 93 CW 97, Water Division No. 4, <br />State of Colorado, ie hereby dRANTED as follows: Applicant may <br />use water from Eaet Beckwith Reservoir (commonly known as Lost <br />Lake Slough), under its lease from the Fire Mountain Canal and <br />Reservoir Company to replace out-of-priority water uses during a <br />call on the river in the month of September. Depletions to the <br />North Fork of the Ouanison River shall be replaced by the release <br />of up to 2.83 acre feet of water per year from East Beckwith <br />Reservoir, which releaeee shall be made by tho Stat• gngineer, <br />acting through the Division Engineer for Water Division No. 4 at <br />such times as he dCeme appropriate sad in quantitios sufficient <br />to replace ouch depletions caused by the diversion of water at <br />the Somerset Water Supply structure in September, after the <br />application of dry-up credits as described above.
