Upon completion of each phase of activity at a given site, all debris, flash, and <br />drilling related equipment, will be removed from the site. <br />2. When the mnd pit or pits are sufFiciently dryr they will be filled with stored <br />sub-soil material and compacted to minimize any settling. <br />3. A backhoe and a bulldozer will redistribute material on and around the dri11 <br />pad to acluc+re as closely as practicable the original contour of the site. The <br />area will then be ripped or scarified. <br />4. Stored topsoil will be distributed as evenly as;possible over the disturbed pad <br />area. ' <br />5. The entire drill pad area and reclaimed roads will be re-seeded using the <br />USFS/CDA~IG~agreed seed mix (descn'bed below) for reclamation purposes oa <br />National Forest Service lands (correspondence regarding MCC 2005 A~moual <br />Opr~rafing Plan, dated May 13, 2005 liom Levi Broyles, USFS Tp Mike <br />Peacock, MCC). <br />L1SFSICDMG-Agr~d Seed Mix - Mourdaie Shrub Habr'lat Type <br />This seed mixture will be s m;nimim~ of 99 percent pure live seed containing a <br />marrimum of 1 percent weeds none of which are noxious. Seed must be <br />distributed at specified pounds per acre. <br />
