The pad arras will be ferti[ized (30-0-0, minimum NPK), seeded with the <br />approved seed mix, and mulched (cxrtified weed-free straw). <br />7. The access mods will be restored as closely as possible to the apprvadmate <br />original colour, re-seeded, fertilized, and mulched as above. <br />8. The drill pads and access roads reclamation ~procedme outlined above will <br />apply only !b those areas newly disnabed for this proposed project. Existing <br />roads will be left in a condition equal to or better than that observed on <br />Mo~mtav~ Coal Coma's entry imo the area. <br />9. Any coal recovered incidentally to tilts project will be in the form of cuttings or <br />core and would either be taken hack to the mine site or disposed of in the mud <br />pits. <br />Drilling of these wells is anAicipated to coannence November 11, 2005 depending on drill <br />rig availability and USFS approval.
