- s - stay 22, 2007 <br />The litnited (max 10 acres) disturbance area during the excavation operations <br />at the site will provide enough room for any site excavation/reclamation, <br />process operations and material stockpiling as the excavation front <br />moves across and tltrough each of Phase Axea #s 2-7. Each Phase Area <br />will be mined as fully as possible excluding buffer azeas ` ith a <br />disturbance of 10 acres or less at arq,4ne time inclu ur toads°. <br />III - C For financial warranty calculations spur roads will be approximately 1000 <br />feet in maximum length and 10 feet wide. The total area for such a spur road <br />would be .22 to .25 acres. Disturbed area "at any one time" in an active <br />Phase Area #s 2-7 will be less than 10 acres total including the spur road. <br />There will be one spur road or extension per phase area. Each spur road will <br />be reclaimed as operations progress ASAP in each Phase Area as necessary if <br />not in use to access that Phase Axea. <br />III - D Fox financial warranty calculations, Each Phase Atea will be mined as <br />fully as possible excluding buffer areas "with a dpi turbance of 10 acres <br />or less at arty one time includine snot toads". The 5 -Acre Operations <br />Area will be the last area fox reclamation operations. These two areas aze the <br />proposed 15 acre total disturbed areas requiring a reclamation bond. This 15 <br />acres would break down as 50% major and 50% moderately disturbed azeas.. <br />The DRM&S has determined that an additiona110 acres of required <br />reclamation has been estimated by the DRM&S for the reclamation to <br />be complete in the Husltin 111 areas. It is assumed by the applicant that <br />the portion of the bond covering the REJECT PILE would be released once <br />the pile has been removed, sold and/or re-graded to the satisfaction of the <br />DRM&S. <br />III - E Operator agrees to use the recommended USDA/SCD seed mix. <br />QI - F Operator agrees to cotnmit to G to 9 inches of growth medium as available. <br />III - G A Weed Mitigation Control Plan is part o£ the Huerfano County Petmi[ and <br />is required by the Planning and BOCC for County Permt approval. A plant <br />has been provided by Mt. Jim Coae}y with the Huerfano County Extension <br />Service. The County Permit requires quaztexly site ittspecdons and <br />Uea[menis as/if necessary. <br />IV - A Damage agreements for the land-owners and other owned man-made- <br />structures were attached to the original application package. <br />V H, I, J, & K adequate, no comments. <br />
