Application for a Regular (112) Mining and Reclamation Permit, <br />Parkdale Project File No. M-97-054 <br />Dear FIELD(Suffix) FIELD(Iname) <br />PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE <br />Agile Stone Systems, Inc. has applied for a regular (1 12) mining and reclamation permit for their <br />proposed Parkdale Project, a gravel, quarried granite aggregate and quarried sandstone operation. <br />Timely objections to issuance of a permit have been filed with the Division. In accordance with Rule <br />1.7.4(2), the Division has scheduled a final hearing on this matter before the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board at the Board's March 25-26, 1998 meeting. That meeting will be held in Room <br />318, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, beginning a[ 9:00 a.m. each day. <br />A Pre-Hearing Conference will be held March 16, 1998 at 1:00 p.m. at the Canon City City Council <br />Meeting Room located at 612 Royal Gorge Boulevard. <br />The Pre-Hearing Conference will be conducted in accordance with Construction Materials Rules and <br />Regulations Section 2.7 and Colorado Revised Statute 24-4-105 and will be presided over by a member <br />of the Board. Parties to this conference may not present any claim supporting approval or denial of the <br />application unless such a claim was first presented to the office by 5:00 p.m. September 18, 1997, in <br />accordance with procedures of the Informal Conference or during the amended application comment <br />period which ended 5:00 P.m. February 25, 1998. The Board or its designated Pre-Hearing Conference <br />Officer, may in it's discretion, grant an exemption to this provision for good cause shown. At the Pre- <br />Hearing Conference, the conference officer will propose a draft Board Order that he will recommend <br />the full Board use to conduct the final Hearing. The draft will provide the following: <br />A list of the parties' names, addresses, and phone numbers <br />A list of issues to be discussed at the Board hearing <br />
