The petitioner understands a CUP must be issued by <br />the City of Grand Junction prior to issuance a permit by the DMG. As <br />stated earlier, the City will be provided a copy of the DMG permit once <br />issued. <br />CITY TRAFFIC ENGINEER <br />Traffic Impact Study <br />1. Understood. <br />Comments on the Plan Set <br />1-7 The Petitioner and their project engineer attended several meetings with <br />the City Traffic Engineer. These meetings included discussions on the <br />seven items of concern and recommendations from the Traffic Study. All <br />items of concern are addressed on the revised drawings. <br />
