<br />--- ~~ <br />COUNTY "NOTICE" SIGN LOAN AGREEMENT <br />It is hereby mutually agreed to by the undersigned that: <br />a. County zoning, subdivision or planned unit <br />development notice signs loaned under this <br />agreement are the property of Larimer County; <br />b. A $35.00 deposit shall be held by the County <br />for the F~urpose of assuring against loss, <br />damage or non-return of said sign; <br />c. The person or party in whose name the deposit <br />check is written hereby assumes all risk <br />for damage, theft, loss or non-return of <br />the sign; <br />d. Non-return of the sign to the County Planning <br />Department within 15 (fifteen) calender days <br />of written notice by the County Planning <br />Department that said sign shall be returned <br />shall be sufficient cause for the County to cash <br />the deposit check and receipt by the County <br />Planning Department of the sign after the <br />deposit check has been cashed per item b. <br />above, shall not result in repayment of the <br />$35.00 to the loanee. <br />I hereby agree to the terms set forth above. <br />e JOHN F.
