Submission of two (2) copies of a plot plan of area affected at a scale of <br />1" = 200' and a vicinity map 1" = 600' covering land within one-half mile of <br />proposal. <br />2. It is recommended that -the Petitioner consult with the County Planning Staff <br />in Fort Collins prior to filing a special review petition. <br />3. All applications for special review in the unincorporated portions of Larimer <br />County must be received by the County Planning Office in Fort Collins, Colorado <br />at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the first hearing before the Larimer <br />County Planning Commission. Notice of said hearing shaIl be published once in <br />a newspaper serving the general area of the proposed rezoning at least seven (7) <br />days prior to the hearing date. <br />4. Recommendations by the I,arimer County Planning Commission are submitted to the <br />Board of County Commissioners for a final decision. At least fourteen (14) <br />days notice prior to the Commissioners' hearing is required. Notice of said <br />hearing shall be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation <br />within the County. <br />5. All proposed special reviews within three miles of any municipality which does <br />have a legally established Planning Commission shall be forwarded from the <br />County Planning Office to the respect~.e municipal Planning Commission or their <br />agent for review prior to the County Planning Commission's first hearing. <br />6. A fee of $125.00 mist acczmpany the petition for Special Review.
