This could be enhanced by island(s), peninsulas, <br />shallows, or other shoreline features. <br />7. Since use of rip rap is contingent upon a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers <br />permit, please understand that approval by Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division of this proposal is conditional upon obtaining a <br />permit from the Army Corps. Additionally, any rip rap used should be <br />clean, inert and preferably rock quarry material. <br />8. Since phase II of this operation will not occur until 1988, please <br />submit revised cost estimates that clearly breakdown the cost to <br />reclaim the current and proposed disturbance of phase I. Costs can be <br />revised later prior to commencing phase II.
