Adequacy Letter
Dear Mr. Sunby:

The application fora Mining and Reclamation Permit for this operation was
deemed complete on April 16, 1986. Your application has been scheduled for
consideration by the Mined Land Reclamation Board on June 25-26, 1986. Before
your application can be considered by the Board, you must complete the
following notice requirements:
o publish notice of the filing of this application and provide proof
of the notice to us;
o mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights
of affected land and immediately adjacent land and provide proof of
the mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, to
us; and,
o place a copy of this application for public review, less
confidential items, with the County Clerk and Recorder. Any
subsequent changes or additions you make to the applications on
file in our office must also be made in this local government copy.
I have reviewed the application to determine whether it is adequate to meet
the requirements of Act and Regulations. The attached list details items that
need clarification before the application will satisfy the applicable
requirements. Please provide a response to each item prior to June 24, 1986.
If you are unable to fully respond to this letter, providing all required
information prior to the scheduled board consideration date, please contact me
requesting continuance of Board consideration to a later date.
