<br />T0: NIELSON'S INCORPORATED, and all other persons presently owning or acquiring
<br />now or in the future an interest in NIELSON'S, INCORPORATED.
<br />FINDINGS OF FACT
<br />Pursuant to the authority vested in the Mined Land Reclamation Board
<br />by C.R.S. 1973, 34-32-123 and 124, as amended ( 1976 Sess. Laws, H.B. 1065), the
<br />Board hereby makes the following findings of fact:
<br />1. NIELSONS INCORPORATED is operating or has operated sand and gravel
<br />operations described as:
<br />1. The Ross Evans Pit - a portion of the NW'~,NEtiSWZ, N~NF}tNW'-LSWti,
<br />Section 13, T6N, R91W, 6th P.M., Moffat County.
<br />2. The Fedinec Pit - portions of the SEA, Section 9 and the SW~,
<br />SW'~,NW'~, Section 10, T6N, R90W, 6th P.P1., Moffat County.
<br />3. Seely Pit 111 - a portion of SASE`-,NE'y, Section 12, T6N, R91W,
<br />6th P.M., Moffat County.
<br />4. Seely Pit ll2 - Moffat County.
<br />5. V.J. Ledford Pit - portions of Sections 21 and 28, T6N, R91W,
<br />6th P.M., Moffat County.
<br />6. Alexander Pit - a portion of Section 31, R9W, T43N, N.M.P.M.,
<br />San Miguel County.
<br />7. Craig Pit - a portion of Section 9, R9W, T34N, N.M.P.M., La
<br />Plata County.
<br />8. Delores River Pit - portions of Sections 6 and 7, R15W, T37N,
<br />N.M.P.M., Montezuma County.
<br />9. Cortez Pit - a portion of Section 5, R16W, T35N, N.M.P.M.,
<br />Montezuma County.
<br />10. Caldwell Pit - a pootion of Section 8, R14W, T37N, N.M.P.M.,
<br />Montezuma County.
<br />2. Sand and gravel operations are required to be permitted by the Board
<br />pursuant to the terms of Article 32 of Title 34, C.R.S. 1973, as amended .(1976
<br />Sess. Laws, H. B. 1065), since July 1, 1973.
<br />NIELSONS INCORPORATED has not obtained a permit for these sand and
<br />gravel operations.
