Please see these <br />notice form letters in the enclosed application package. These notices must be <br />date stamped or signed by the secretary to the Commissioners and the SCS if hand <br />delivered or you must provide proof to the Division of certified mailing. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE: <br />Because your application is inadequate for technical review, newspaper <br />publication must be republished. For a 110 application this notice must be <br />published once, starting within 10 days of the date of submittal to the Division <br />(as long as the application is deemed adequate for technical review). Please <br />see the publication instructions on the last page of the enclosed application <br />package. <br />Failure to submit the items listed above by the initial decision date of <br />March 11, 1994 will result in a decision to deny your application. You may amend <br />your application by submitting the requested items. In accordance with Rule 1.5, a <br />new decision date will be established 30 days from the date of receipt of all <br />requested items. If you have already initiated publication, you will need to <br />republish notice after submittal of the information requested by the Division. A 10 <br />day public comment period from the new date of newspaper publication is specified. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br />deficiencies in your application.
