LOCAL CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />EI Paso Conservation DISTRICT <br />Lafarge West, Inc. (the"Applicant!Operator")has applied foraRegulaz(112)reclamanonpermrt <br />from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boats (the "Board") to conduct the extraction ofconstructian materials operations <br />m EI Paso County. The auached information is being provided to notify you of the <br />location and nattue of the proposed operazion. 7'he entire application is on file with the Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety (the "Division") and the local county clerk and recorder. <br />The applicant operator proposes to reclaim the atl'ecud land ro Rangeland/Developed Water use. Pursuant to <br />Section 34-32.5-116(4)(m), C.R.S., the Board may confer with the local Conservation Districts before approving of the <br />post-mining land use, Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed operation.
