AND TOGETHER WITH an easement for emergency access to the above-described parcel of property <br />from Exit 119 of Interstate Highway 25, on over and across lands of Lessor in Sections 22 and 23, T. 17 <br />S., R. 65 W., using existing roads and railroad crossings of Lessor. This easement shall be used for <br />emergency access only to the Property and Lafarge's equipment and mine site in the event the access to <br />the PropeRy from the northerly access route from Old Pueblo Road described above is not usable, and <br />shall not be used to haul Materials from the Property. <br />
