If use of a drill is
not feasible, seed broadcasting will occur at double the specified seeding rate.
Maintenance
Mowing in each phase will be pertormed for at least 2 years following seeding to help
establish regenerating stands of grasses and to control weed infestation. Seeded areas
may be mulched with straw or hay mulch, if needed. Fertilizer and potential overseeding
will be applied to areas of the site where poor nutrient availability is indicated by a failure
of seed to become established.
Weed Control Plan
Noxious weeds will be managed in accordance with the Colorado Noxious Weed
Management Act and County regulations.
