As described in the report, the property is located within lfz <br />mile of the South PIatte River approximately 2 miles northwest of Fort Lupton. <br />The Service finds the habitat survey report acceptable and agrees that suitable habitat for S. diluvialis <br />is not present in the azeas surveyed. Therefore, the Service concurs with the determination that <br />development of this property should not adversely affect the continued existence of this orchid. <br />We appreciate your submitting this report to our office for review and comment.
