• • <br />4) Total Depletions During Mining <br />We will forwazd complete calculations of depletions during mining upon completion of <br />the Temporary Substitute Supply Plan. <br />Depletions Affer Reclamation <br />Total depletions after mining will result from evaporation from the ponds and will be <br />calculated as part of the Temporary Substitute Supply Plan. We wil( forward this <br />information to the Division of Minerals and Geology upon completion of the State <br />Engineer's review. <br />1. Indicate the projected amount from each of the sources of water to supply the project water <br />requirements for the mining operation and reclamation. <br />~ It is anticipated that all water for the operation of the site will be provided by water rights <br />associated with the historic agricultural production on this site. The Temporary Substitute <br />Supply Plan will address the source and amount of water from each water right associated <br />with the property and how each of those water rights will be utilized in the mining <br />' operation. <br />I. Affirm that the Applicant has acquired or applied for a National Pollutant Discharge <br />' Elimination System (NPDES) permit from the Water Quality Control Division at the <br />Colorado Department of Health and Environmental Services. <br />' A permit from the Colorado Health Department to dewater the mine site is currently being <br />applied for and will be forwazded to the Division of Minerals and Geology upon receipt . <br />NCCI Mining Proposal for the NCCI Pit # / - MLRB I12Permit <br />2G <br />
