Please provide the average haul distance for topsoil and overburden <br />replacement. <br />D. Please include all costs for seedbed preparation prior to seeding. <br />E. Please provide cost data for obtaining sufficient irrigation <br />equipment, water and labor to irrigate the hay meadow for the period of <br />time outlined in the plan. <br />F. Please provide cost data for shrub and tree seedling procurement, <br />planting and establishment. <br />H.
