I have reviewed this amendment application for adequacy and have the following
questions and comments which must be addressed in detail at least 5 days prior
to the November 16-1"I, 1983 meeting of the Mined land Reclamation Board.
A. Project_Overview.Letter.
1. Please note that the operator is currently permitted fur l.7 acres
- T and wishes to amend the application to include an additional 2'1 acres
fora total of 54 acres. There is no recognized 320-acre permit area.

regards to the proposed future land use to insure that all parties are
