Exhibit Page 58

Structure Description/notes Owner
Road 10 foot unpaved (dirt) road to Luntz Property from Highway Landowner
145.
Evaluation This gravel and dirt roadway is located on the railroad embankment from the point
where the modern highway leaves the old railroad alignment and continuing south.
That portion of the road within 200 feet of the affected land is located partially on the
highway right-of-way, and mostly on the Truelsen property (belonging to the
landowner). The road is located 115 feet or more from the affected land, and is in
poor to very poor condition. Based on soil conditions and terrain, no impact on this
road is expected from any mining operation activities.
Photo 5. It will be used both for Line
Camp ranch traffic and for Line Camp Pit mining traffic. The road is located at least
30 feet from the permit boundary and any mining activities. The road will be
separated from the actual pit by the forty-foot buffer zone which contains the soil
stockpile for the mining operation, which will further reduce potential for impact on
the road. Borrow ditches and pits along the road will discharge into the mined area
during mining and into the ponds during and follovLing reclamation. Soil conditions
are such that no damage to the road from excavation, mining or reclamation is
expected.
There will be culverts placed under the access road as part of the improvements to
the road to allow the Home Ditch to Flow under the road. Since Flow will be away
from the road towards the mining area, no sediment or other negative impacts are
expected.
Four States Aggregates, LLC 10 JAN 2001
Application for Permit: Line Camp Pit M-2000-001 FSA-LCP-D2-001
