Dept. of Natural Resources <br />The EI Paso County Land Use Department received your memorandum of <br />October 14, 1983, notifying the County of a Mining Permit Application <br />submitted by R. E. Monks Construction. <br />The request by R. E. Monks will require Special Use approval by the <br />EI Paso County Board of Commissioners. A complete application will <br />have to be submitted by the applicant before processing can begin. <br />The next submittal date is December 2nd. If a complete application is <br />made on or before that date, it would be heard (tentatively) by the <br />Planning Commission on January 16, 1984, and the Board of County <br />Commissioners two to four weeks following the Planning Commission _ <br />meeting.
