Box 1926 Rifle, Colorado 81650 Dear Sirs: The roles of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board require that we send this notice via certified mail to all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of our proposed gravel pit. The notice will appear in the Meeker Herald four times. The 5rst date of publication was October 31, 1996. The text of the notice is as follows: Corn Construction Co., P. D. Box 1140, Grand Junction, Colorado 81502, has filed an application for a Regular (I11J Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Acr for the F.ztracdon of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Blair Mesa Gravel Pit, and is located at or near Sections 2 & 3, Township 2 North, Range 98 West of the 6th Prime Meridian. The proposed date of commencement is February 1, 1997 and the proposed completion is February 1, 2007. The proposed future land use of the land is range land.
