The notice will appear in the Meeker Herald four times. The first date of publication was October 31, 1996. The text of the notice is as follows: Corn Construction Co., P.O. Box 1240, Grand Junction, Colorado 8!502, has fried an application for a Regular (112J Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Blair Mesa Gravel Pit, and is located at or near Sections 2 & 3, Township 2 North, Range 98 Wesr of the 6th Prime Meridian. The proposed date of commencement is February 1, 1997 and the proposed completion is February 1, 2007. The proposed future land use of the land is range land.
