West Dowe Flats Donation Parcel <br />• Donated in fee simple to the County for Open Space subject to the <br />following conditions (donated within 120 days of fulfilment of <br />conditions). <br />- Same conditions as in Item A with the following added: <br />• The final State reclamation bond for the Dowe Flats Mine <br />has been released. <br />General public access is prohibited forever. <br />" Southdown not required to grant access to the property. <br />• If the County has not acquired the BLM parcel by the time <br />of donation, Southdown shall grant a pedestrian access <br />easement from Stone Canyon Road. <br />• County sha11 consult with Native American tribes. <br />• Transfer of development rights, currently at one dwelling <br />unit/35 areas. <br />3.
