<br />DiscaN clothing and other absorbent makrials tiler have been drenched or heavily
<br />contaminated with this product's concenmte. Do not reuse them. Follow man-
<br />ufa<nver's instmcrions for cleaning/mainmit»ng PPE. If no such instructions for
<br />washables, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from
<br />other laundry.
<br />Engipeering Controls
<br />When handlers use enclosed cabs or aimmft in a manner that meets the require-
<br />ments liskd in the Worker Protections Standard (WPS) for agricultural pesticides
<br />[40 CFR 170140 (d) (4-6)], the handler PPE requirements may be reduced or
<br />modified as specified in the WPS.
<br />User Safety Recommendations
<br />Users should:
<br />• Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using mbaccq or using
<br />the toilet
<br />• Remove clothing immediaely if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly
<br />and put on clean clothing.
<br />• Remove PPE immediaely after handling this product Wash the outside o
<br />gloves before removing. As soon as passible, wash thoroughly and change
<br />into clean clothing.
<br />First Aid
<br />If io eyes: Hord eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for I b-20 minutes.
<br />Remove conmtt irnses, if preseoS after the fits[ 5 minutes, then continue rinsing
<br />eye. Call a poison control center or docmr for treatment advice.
<br />If on skin or nothing: lake off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately
<br />wiN plenty of water for 15-20 minums. Call a poison contml ranter or doctor far

<br />If swallowed: CaII a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment
<br />advice, Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce

<br />Clopymlid is a chemical which can travel (seep or leach) through soil and under
<br />certain conditions contaminak groundwater which may be used for irrigation of
<br />drinking purposes. Users are advised not m apply clopyralid where soils have a
<br />tepid m very rapid pemeability throughout the Rrofile (such as loamy sand m
<br />sand) and the water table of an underlying agmfer is shallow, or m soils that
<br />would allow direct introducdon into an aquifer. Yom local agricultural agencies
<br />can provide further information on the type of soil in your area and the l oration
<br />of groundwamr.

<br />Agriculmrai Use Requirements
<br />Use this product only in acwrdance with its labeling and with the Worktt Pro-
<br />kction Standard, 40 CFR part I70. This Smndard contains requiremen6 for the
<br />protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses,
<br />and handlers of agriculnuai pesticides. k wnmins requirements for mining,
<br />decontaminadan, notification, and emergency assistance. It also contains spe-
<br />cific insmctions and exceptions pertaining to the stamments on this label about
<br />personal protective equipment (PPE), and restricted-entry interval. The rcquirc-
<br />ments in this box only apply m uses of this product that are covered by the
<br />Worker Protection Standard.
<br />Do not enter or allow worker entry inm treated areas during the restricted entry
<br />interval (REI) of 48 hours.
<br />PPE required for early entry to treated areas [hat is pemined under the Worktt
<br />Protection Standard and that involves contact with anything that has been treated,
<br />mete as plants, soil, or water, is: -
<br />• Coveralls
<br />• Chemical-resistant category A gloves
<br />• Shoes phts socks

<br />Non-Agricultural Use Requirements
<br />The requirements in this boz apply to usu of this product that are N07 within
<br />the scope of the Worker Prokcrion Smndard for Agricultural Pesticides (40 CFR
<br />Part 170). The WPS applies when this product is used [o produce agriculmml
<br />plants on farms, forests, nurseries, or greenhouses. ,
<br />Entry Restrictions for Non-WPS Uses: Whrn this product is applied m range-
<br />land or grazed pastures (not harvested for hay), do not enter or allow worker entry
<br />into treated areas until sprays have dried, unless applicator and other handler
<br />PPE is wom. '
<br />STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
<br />Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.
<br />Storage: Stom above 28'F or agitak before use.
<br />Pesticide Disposal: Pesticide wastes are toxic. hnproptt disposal of excess
<br />pesticide, spray mixture, or rinsate is a violation of Federal law. If these wastes
<br />cannot be disposed of by use according to label instrucrions, contact your state
<br />pu4cide or ennronmental control agency, or the hazardous waste represenmtive
<br />at the nearest EPA regional office for guidance.
<br />Container bisposal (Plastic): Triple rinse (or equivalent). Then offer for
<br />recycling or reconditoning, or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or
<br />by other procedures approved by state and local authoriries. Plastic containers,
<br />after triple rinsing, may be incinerated if allowed by stare and local authorities.
<br />If burned, stay out of smoke,
<br />Container Disposal (Metal): Do not reuse container. Triple rinse (or equiva-
<br />lent). Then offer for recycling or reconditioning, or puncture and dispose of in a
<br />sanitary landfill, or by other procedures approved by state and local authorities.
<br />General: Consult federal, state, or local disposal authoriries for approved alter-
<br />native procedures.
