a ! <br />The State of Colorado, Division of Minerals and Geology requires that the <br />operator of any sand and gravel operation provide agreements between the <br />operator and the owner of any significant, valuable man-made structure located <br />on, or within 200 feet of our sand and gravel operations know as the SPECIAL <br />111 HIGHWAY 50 BORROW AREA NO. 2 OPERATION. <br />The Rodney L. Whiting, 151 Whiting Road, Whitewater, Colorado 81527, owns <br />and maintains the following man-made structures on, or within 200 feet of the <br />above indicated operations: <br />1. 5 Strand Wire Fence, Poles, and Gates. <br />2. Earthen Irrigation Ditches. <br />-CERTIFICATION - <br />The undersigned, Harold F. Elam, President of Elam Construction, Inc. does <br />hereby certify that Rodney L.
