• Septe• 12, 1994 <br />REVISION OF SECCION 107 <br />INSURANCE <br />Section 107 of the Standard Specifications is hereby revised for this project as follows: <br />In subsection 107.15, third paragraph, policies (2), (3), and (4), delete the "$500,000" limit and replace it with "a <br />minimum of $600,000." <br />Subsection 107.15, third paragraph, shall include the following: <br />(5) Surveyors', and/or Engineers" Professional Liability Policy (Errors & Omissions Instuance) for amounts not <br />less than $250,000 in the aggregate when contract items 625 and/or b29 are included in the Contract. <br />
