Recommendations <br />We recommend that the modular home have crack monitors installed to separate <br />progressing settlement cracks from future blasting cracks. We further recommend that <br />the concrete block under the log home be evaluated to ascertain the level of grouting <br />that has taken place. If the blocks are properly grouted and reinforced, then blasting <br />should not affect their performance even if the mortar is cracked. <br />Limitations <br />This report is not intended to be an all-inclusive finding of damage at the sites listed. <br />Areas covered and not easily accessible were not inspected. Locations and <br />measurements are approximate. Photographs of damage should be compared to actual <br />damage when filing a claim. Claimed damage should be inspected to ascertain if it <br />existed prior to blasting.
