Water, fertilizer and seed will be mixed in a <br />tanker and sprayed on the slope. Secondly, Weyerhauser Silva-Fiber mulch will <br />be Hydraulically applied at the rate of 2,000 lbs per acre. <br />Since the drainage area above the dump is very limited and the vegetation <br />below the dump is heavy no siltation structure will be constructed. <br />Reclamation of the bench area consisting of two acres will begin within <br />one year after final abandonment since buildings, structures, and access ways <br />will occupy the area. <br />After final abandonment, all buildings and structures will be removed. <br />Portals will be blocked and sealed. Compacted areas will be ripped. Topsoil <br />will be spread over the bench to a depth of IS". Fertilizer will be applied <br />at the same rate as on the slope. <br />Seeding will be applied at the same rate and by the same manner as has <br />been explained for the benches in Area #1. Dlulciring will be accomplished in <br />the same manner as in Area #1. <br />Summary <br />The present area covers 4.7.6 acres (3.46 acres of mine dump and 0.80 <br />acres of bench). The road through this area is not included in the bench <br />
