Seller agrees to provide an undated title commitment ~''""`~ <br />endorsement as close to closing as practical showing agreed- <br />uoon title. <br />H. Purchaser agrees that the earnest money held by Seller's <br />attorney may be held in an interest-bearing trust account. <br />Interest earned shall be credited towards Seller upon <br />closing. <br />K. The property shall be conveyed free and clear of all <br />restrictive covenants and easements, except those of record, <br />if any, subject to and contingent upon the approval of the <br />,purchases upon review of the commitment for title insurance <br />for the subject matter property.
