Coal <br />Company <br />Thank you for taking time to meet c.-ith us on Tuesday, February 17th <br />to discuss the apparent completeness review on our permit application. <br />We have reviewed our notes concerning the items which northern must <br />answer in order to obtain a completeness letter from OSM. We have <br />seperated those completeness issues from the adequacy issues addressed <br />in .the apparent completeness review letter. For ease in dealing with <br />• the issues we have compiled all of those completeness questions in one <br />document. A copy of it is attached. I'm sure we have addressed all <br />the completeness issues in this document. If, after reviewing it, you <br />find any discrepancies that we should deal with, please let me know <br />immediately.
