5 . Because the coarse & medium grain material will be
used to upgrade existing Roads in the area of the
permit application and/r for a salable product
only small stockpiles are forseen . Any excess will
be used as backfill in the reclamation process (see
page 5 of Exhibit D Mining Plan . ) These small stock-
piles are located at the plant facility see attached
Exhibit D-1 .
6 . The Fine grained reject material will be placed in
the fine grained reject material temporary storage
area ( C in exhibit F-1 ) . Since the reclamation will
be done on a continuous basis , the time during which
the fine grained reject material will be stored will
be of short duration not to exceed the time it takes
to mine out one block . The Fine grained reject
material temporary storage area is in Housel Gulch .
7 . Please see Exhibit D-1 (attached ) as marked .
B . a . We will set a maximum steepness on our topsoil
pile slopes of 3h :ly.
b. In items 3 this letter we state our intent for
continuous reclamation once begun . In the event
that initial reclamation begins more than 1 year
after initial stockpiling of topsoil we will
follow your recommendations for seeding . How-
ever we do not forsee a year before commencement
of reclamation operations . At the commencement
of topsoil placing, the longest standing top-
soil will be spread first continuing forward in
time from oldest to newest .
9 .
