3 . The intent is that mining and reclamation will be <br /> continuous and simultaneous operations . When mine <br /> Block number 1 is far enough along to allow back- <br /> filling with no detrimental affect to the movement <br /> of material and machinery to and from the plant area , <br /> reclamation will begin in that block. From that <br /> point in time forward mining and reclamation will <br /> be simultaneous , continuous operations . This <br /> method should not require more than 10-acres of <br /> maximum disturbance at any one time . <br /> 4 . In order to comply with C.R . S . 1973 , 34-32-116 (1 ) <br /> (g ) we will stockpile the top 10-12 inches as topsoil <br /> for future use . <br /> -2 <br />
