SENT SY: OWEST; 7209621734; MAA-23-06 4:42PM; PAGE 4/4
We are concerned what this plant might do to our property values in
Redhill Forest. Some of our property owners live in theaubdivision
year round, while some just live there from May through October and
yet others have bought their lot(s) for camping, the fishing rights and
as for investment purposes, Certainly Park County is growing and
growth brings issues like the plant to the property owners of the
county. And one of those issues is property values and the potential
loss with commercial endeavors such as the Allen Plant.
Tm sure we'll hear mare from our property owners as the ward on this plant
gets around the country. We only had news nbout this yesterday from o
property owner who happened to swerve into it while checkingon another
matter. No one wants plants like this in their "backyard" but in this case, we
think there are enough concerns and un-answered questions to provoke
serious deliberation on whether or not the matter should be approved.
Thank you for your consideration, If you'd like to contact me, you may call
my office at 720-962-1510 or home at 303-791-6212.
