As of this day we have received notice of publication from the newspaper. We have received no
objections.
Your pernut application presumes that no blasting materials will be stored on site.
It is presumed that the road to the pit will remain for the benefit of the owner, and will not be reclaimed,
Fencing may be required reyegetation success. It is the responsibility of the operator to maintain the site
during reclamation, including protection from over-grazing by range animals and domestic livestock
belonging to the landowner or others.
Provided we receive no objections that would lead the Mined Land Reclamation Boazd to deny the permit
application, your permit may be issued for the Porco property after August 15 and after receipt of your
reclamation bond. We caution you not to commence mining until the bond is received and approved, and
the permit is fully executed.
If you agree with the bond calculation attached, please submit that amount through an acceptable bonding
instrument. If you have questions about bonding, please contact Barb Chiappone at 303-866-4074. After
August 8, you may contact me at 303-866-3927.
Good luck with this operation, and please contact us if we can be of further assistance.
Sincerely,
C~<!~l~ e.._~
'Marry H.
