<br />Anchor shall pay Coal Properties a production payment <br />• of 38 of the gross sales price, f.o.b. the mine, or <br />fifty cents, whic:iever is greater, per net ton of <br />two thousand pounds of coal, after recouping credits <br />for the initial payment and the minimum advance pro- <br />duction payments that have been paid pursuant to sub- <br />paragrapf~s A and B above. <br />Provided, ho~.:ever, that An c;ior's obligation to mak_ <br />payments to Coal Properties shall cease r.•hen Anchor <br />has made a total of $2,625,000 in initial, minimun <br />advance, and production payments pursuant to sub- <br />paragraphs A, B and C hereof.
