Facility Location: The operation is located in the SE 1/4 of Sec. <br />12 and the NE 1/4 of Sec. 13, TSN, R86W, <br />approximately 10 miles southwest of Steamboat <br />Springs, Colorado, as shown in figures 1 and 2 <br />of the permit. <br />F. Discharge Point: 001 - the discharge of precipitation runoff <br />from the sedimentation pond serving the <br />reclamation area, and prior to entering Middle <br />Creek, as shown in figure 1 of the permit. <br />• This sedimentation pond was designed to <br />contain the 10-year, 24-hour precipitation <br />event. <br />
