The fourth paragraph, last sentence should be changed to : "During mining, maximum backslopes will be kept to 3H:1 V or less. Final reclaimed slopes will be 12H:1 V or less (see revised Reclamation Plan Map). \ No significant backslopes or highwalls are planned. The Applicant and Land Owner have agreed on the reclamation topography to enhance crop production and reduce erosion, both wind and water by reducing the overall slope of the area. ~ 4.) Fertilization will be based on soil samples taken onsi[e and supplied to the Colorado State University Soils Lab for analysis and recommendations. ,. 5.) No mining will occur within 200 feet of the gas pipeline until an agreement is reached or an engineer has been consulted.
