<br /> In a letter dated August 2, 2005, as part o a compliance schedule for meeting the new limitation for iron, the permittee stated that their
<br />facility is capable of meeting the limit of I.0 mg/1 for total recoverable iron immediately. Therefore, the compliance schedule can be
<br /> removed the permit.
<br />N. PERMIT CHANGES AS A RESULT OF THIS PERMIT AMENDMENT
<br /> The due dates and interim limitations have been removed as a result of this amendment request.
<br />V. PUBLIC NOTICE COMMENTS
<br /> This act does not warrant a need for public notice pursuant to Part 61.8(8)(e) (i) & (vi) of Regulation 61, Colorado Discharge Permit
