Upon completion of each drill hole, cuttings, cement, or hole <br />abandonment found will be placed in the hole and each hole will be sealed <br />with a five (5) foot cement plug. Excessive cuttings will be spread evenly <br />over the surrounding surface prior to re-topsoiling. Final access road and drill site reclamation - completed <br />by October, 1986 <br />211.10(a)(3)(vi) The estimated amounts of coal to be removed <br />during exploration. <br />The amount of coal to be removed during the proposed exploration <br />program is less than 250 tons and is limited to approximately 2500 feet <br />(from 38 holes) of three-inch core. Using a bulk density of 80 lbs/f t3, <br />2500 feet of core would weigh approximately 4 tons. <br />211.10(a)(3)(vii) A description of the measures to be used <br />during exploration for Federal Coal to comply with the performance <br />standards for exploration (30 CFR 211.40(al) and applicable requirements of <br />30 CFR 815.5 or an approved State program. <br />-10- <br />
